Early bolete hunting in Bailey

I went hunting this weekend (July 16th) around Bailey. Its still a bit early but I thought all this rain and heat might result in an early "bloom". I found one small bolete (~6cm cap diameter) along five miles of trail. Once identified, I left it in place to be fruitful and multiply. Located at around 9000 feet in elevation ( 39.390665°,-105.530131°).

Happy hunting!

Ray

Most likely a small Boletus Edulis.
