Habitat:
In the woods, on dead conifer logs.

Description:
Jelly Fungi said to be Edible although no one really eats it. It is also said to be pretty tasteless. It is very common on old conifer logs and dead conifer stumps even in cold weather.

Tremella mesenterica is very similar but it grows on hardwood logs.
