In the mountains growing under confiers. These photos growing under Fir trees.

Description:
Yellow with brown scales on the cap. Ring on the stalk with a shaggy stem below the ring. Closely related to Floccularia Straminea. Be careful not to confuse with Lepiotas or Agaricus.
