Habitat:
At higher elevations in the woods.

Description:
A very large mushroom that grows in groups, arcs and fairy rings. Although some authors list this species as edible it is NOT recommended and has been reported to cause upset stomachs. Smaller specimens are very similar to deadly poisonous Clitocybe species.
