Edibility: Inedible
Color: Tan to Orangish yellow

Habitat:
Mixed woods with conifers & aspen around 9 - 10,000ft.

Description:
This mushroom could be easily confused with Lactarius deliciosus by beginners. This mushroom however does NOT stain blue, and does NOT have a red latex when cut. Other than that it can look identical when you first find it.
